JUDGMENT

[1]The complaint of victimisation contrary to Equality Act 2010 section 27 is well-founded and succeeds against both Respondents who are jointly and severally liable to pay the Claimant the compensation set out below.[2]The complaints of discrimination contrary to Equality Act 2010 section 13 and harassment contrary to Equality Act 2010 section 26 are dismissed against both Respondents as out of time.[3]The Tribunal orders the First and Second Respondent to pay the Claimant compensation for victimisation amounting to £14,353.61, comprising of:(1) an award for injury to feelings in the sum of £9,900.00;(2) interest on the award for injury to feelings in the sum of £1,056.72 (calculated at 8% per annum from 7 February 2022 to 9 June 2023);(3) an award in respect of financial loss in the sum of £3,225.00;(4) interest on the award for financial loss in the sum of £171.89 (calculated at 8% per annum from 9 October 2022 (the midpoint between 7 February 2022 and 9 June 2023) and 9 June 2023)
