JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed on the basis that the claimant does not have two years continuous service.[2]The claimant’s claim for an unauthorised deduction from wages fails and is dismissed on the basis that the claim was presented out of time and it was reasonably practicable to present the claim in time. In addition, the claimant was not a worker but an independent contractor and therefore the Tribunal did not have jurisdiction to hear this claim.
