Employment Tribunals Rules of procedure 2013—Rule 21 In default of the Respondent presenting a response to the Claimant’s claim, Employment Judge Spencer, has adjudged on the basis of the information before her that(i) the Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages succeeds;(ii) the Claimant’s claim for holiday pay in respect of holiday accrued but not taken succeeds;(iii) the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £69.79 in respect of unpaid wages and £1,302.63 in respect of accrued holiday pay being a total of £1,302.63.
