JUDGMENT
[1]In respect of the unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims, the judgment of the employment tribunal is that the tribunal does not have jurisdiction to consider the claims. The claim was not brought within the normal time limit and the tribunal is satisfied that it was reasonably practicable for the claim to be presented within the normal time limit.[2]In respect of the claims for redundancy payment and unlawful deduction of wages, the claims are within time and can proceed.
