JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 and Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Spencer has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The Claimant was employed by the Respondent between 7 December 2021 and 6 March 2022. During this period, the Respondent failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £4,879.10.[4]The Tribunal orders the Respondent to pay a total of £4,879.10. This is the net amount due to the Claimant and the Respondent remains liable for any tax and national insurance on that sum.[5]The hearing on 21 July 2022 is vacated.
