JUDGMENT
[1]The respondents have failed to file ET3s Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Joffe has decided that a determination of the claims can properly be made without a hearing and the hearing on 14 July 2022 will not take place.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the respondents unlawfully failed to pay wages to the claimant. Compensation[4]The respondents are ordered to pay to the claimant: 4.1 £11,209 net.[5]The respondents are ordered to account to HMRC for any tax due on the above sum.[6]The hearing on 14 July 2022 is vacated and the parties should not attend.
