JUDGMENT

The unanimous judgment of the Tribunal is that:a. The Claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal under Part X of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is not well-founded and is dismissed;

b. The Respondent has not contravened the Equality Act 2010 by directly discriminating against the Claimant or failing to comply with the duty to make reasonable adjustments;

c. The Respondent should have paid the Claimant £1,011.41 by way of holiday entitlement accrued but untaken as at termination of employment and must now pay the same within 14 days of this judgment. - 1 - Case Number: 2202559/2020
