JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £5416.00 (gross).[2]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay holiday pay in the sum of £2125.00 (gross).[3]The Respondent is in breach of contract for failing to invest the sum of £1354.15 deducted from the Claimant’s pay into her occupational pension fund.[4]The Respondent is in breach of contract for failing to make its 4% contributions to the Claimant’s occupational pension fund for the months from May to October 2022. The amounts not invested are £1083.35.[5]The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £9,978.50 (unpaid wages and damages for breach of contract) and to account to HMRC for any tax and NI due on this sum.
