JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent owed the Claimant notice pay is well founded. It was ordered that the Respondent pay to the Claimant the sum of £ 598.50 (gross).[2]The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent owed the Claimant holiday pay is well founded. It was ordered that the Respondent pay to the Claimant the sum of £ 598.50 (gross).[3]The Claimant’s complaint that the Respondent owed the Claimant arrears of pay was withdrawn by the Claimant and thus, such claim is hereby dismissed.[4]The sum of £1,197, an amount equal to two weeks’ pay (gross) has been awarded to the Claimant under s 38 (2) and (4), Employment Act 2002 which the Respondent is ordered to pay for its failure to provide the Claimant with a written statement of particulars of employment as required under section 1, Employment Rights Act 1996.
