JUDGMENT
The Claimant’s claim of wrongful dismissal is struck out. The Claims are dismissed.REASONS
[1]In his claim presented to the Tribunal on 24 April 2020 the Claimant complains of “wrongful termination”.[2]He has insufficient service to claim unfair dismissal, and that claim was struck out by a judgment dated 27 November 2020.[3]The Claimant accepts that he has been paid his notice pay and his claim of wrongful dismissal (breach of contract) is consequently also struck out.[4]In his letter of 10 December 2020 the Claimant refers to a failure to conduct collective redundancy consultations. However this was not a claim set out in the claim presented to the Tribunal on 24 April 2020.
