JUDGMENT
(1) The Claimant had less than two years of continuous employment with the First Respondent. His claim alleging unfair dismissal is dismissed.(2) The Claimant is not a disabled person within the meaning of Section 6 of the Equality Act 2010. His claim against the First Respondent alleging unlawful discrimination by reference to the protected characteristic of disability is dismissed.(3) The Claimant’s claim against the Second Respondent alleging unlawful discrimination by reference to the protected characteristic of disability was presented out of time. It is not just and equitable that time should be extended. His claim is dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2202427/2019(4) The Claimant’s claim against the First Respondent alleging breach of contract has no reasonable prospect of success. That claim is ordered to be struck out.
