JUDGMENT
[1]The claims for unpaid overtime and holiday pay are struck out as being out of time, the Tribunal finding that it was reasonably practicable for a complaint to have been made within time.[2]Upon the preliminary issue whether the Claimant was a disabled person at any relevant time for the purposes of the Equality Act 2010, it is declared that he was a disabled person for those purposes continuously from 15 November 2016. Note: Reasons for the decision having been given orally at the hearing, written reasons will not be provided unless a written request is received from either party within 14 days of the sending of this record of the decision.
