JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Adkin has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the hearing listed for 23 January 2020 will not take place.[3]The Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is that the respondent unlawfully failed to pay wages (including any holiday pay entitlement) to the claimant. Compensation[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant £1,694.[5]The hearing on 23 January 2020 is vacated and the parties should not attend.
