[1]My Library Limited is added as a respondent to these claims[2]The respondents made unlawful deductions from the claimant’s wages for 6 days worked between 1 and 7 March 2019 contrary to s 13 Employment Rights Act 1996.[3]The respondents failed to pay the claimant for accrued but untaken holiday over the period of his employment from 10 December 2018 until 7 March 2019 contrary to regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1999. Case Number: 2202168/2019 Compensation[4]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant:4.1 Wages of £6004.2 £770.06 accrued holiday pay under regulation 14 Working Time Regulations 1999.[5]The respondent is ordered to account to HMRC for any tax due on the above sums.
