JUDGMENT
[1]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent’s application to strike out the claims for there being no jurisdiction under sections 123(1)(a) &(b) of the Equality Act 2010 (“EQA”) and sections 111(2)(a) & (b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996 (“ERA”) is refused.[2]The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the Respondent’s application for review of the Tribunal’s decision not to reject the claim pursuant to Rule 12 (1)(b) on the basis that it was not in a form that could sensibly be responded to is refused.
