Ms M Swapna v Vision Security Group Ltd and others: 2202050/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2202050/2019
Ms M SwapnaClaimant(1) Vision Security Group Limited (2) PCSO Tricia Reynolds (3) John Watkins (4) Jean Daniel Diedhiou (5) DC Dylan EnrightRespondent
Employment Judge AdkinDate 6 January 2020

JUDGMENT

All claims against the Second Respondent (PCSO Reynolds) and Fifth Respondent (DC Enright) are struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 5 December 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claims against the Second Respondent (PCSO Reynolds) and Fifth Respondent (DC Enright) should not be struck out given that these individuals were not employers or colleagues of the Claimant.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaint of claims against the Second Respondent (PCOS Reynolds) and Fifth Respondent (DC Enright) are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claims remain listed for a Preliminary Hearing for case management 16 January 2020.
