JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unauthorised deduction of wages prior to the 18th July 2020 is struck out because the claim was presented out of time.[2]The claim for unauthorised deduction of wages for the period between the 18th July 2020 and the 15th December 2020 is struck out because the claim is a claim for Statutory Sick Pay and the Employment Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear such a claim in light of the decision in Taylor Gordon and Co Limited (t/a Plan Personnel) v Timmons 2004 IRLR 180.[3]The claim for unauthorised deduction of wages from the 15th December 2020 until the 29th July 2021 is struck out in so far as it relates to unauthorised absences from work.
