JUDGMENT

UNDER RULE 21(1) The name of the respondent is amended to Seasons FH Ltd.(2) The tribunal orders the respondent to pay to the claimant £2,307.68 within 14 days. Payment should be made less any deductions for tax and national insurance contributions which should be paid to HMRC.(3) The hearing listed for 18 August 2022 will not take place.

REASONS

(4) The claimant presented a claim to the tribunal on 21 April 2020, following a period of early conciliation between 7 and 21 April 2020. (5) The respondent has failed to present a response to the claim form. (6) Having considered the ET1, Employment Judge E Burns has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013. (7) The tribunal finds that the claimant worked for the respondent between 1 – 27 February 2022, but was not paid. He is therefore owed four weeks’ pay (8) He has provided an offer letter showing that his agreed salary was £30,000 per annum. This equates to £576.92 gross per week.
