JUDGMENT

[1]The claim is dismissed.

REASONS

[1]Rule 47 enables the Tribunal to dismiss a claim if a party fails to attend. The Tribunal must first consider any information which is available to it after any enquiries that may be practicable.[2]The Tribunal clerk attempted to ring the claimant three times, and emailed the claimant. By 10:30 there was still no response from the claimant, despite the clerk checking the email inbox.[3]The claimant had still not attended and was not represented. Judge Andrew Jack Date 5 June 2024
