[1]The Respondent has failed to file an ET3 in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1 and further information and document supplied by the claimant, Employment Judge Goodman has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing, pursuant to rule 21 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2013.[3]The Respondent has unlawfully failed to pay wages to the Claimant in the sum of £3,839. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £3,839.[4]The hearing on 25 April was vacated.`
