JUDGMENT
Following the hearing of oral evidence from the claimant and legal submissions from the claimant and Ms Simonson, the decision of the tribunal is that: (1) The claim for breach of contract (Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (England and Wales) Order 1994) was not presented within time. It would have been reasonably practicable for the claimant to have submitted the claim in time. The tribunal does not therefore have jurisdiction to hear the claim and it cannot be considered any further.
