JUDGMENT
On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr S Forshaw, counsel, on behalf of the Respondents, the Tribunal adjudges that:(1) The Claimant’s application for the response form to be struck out is refused.(2) On the Respondents’ applications: (a) all complaints of indirect racial discrimination are struck out; (b) all complaints of wrongful dismissal and/or breach of contract are struck out; (c) save for that (added by amendment) to which the accompanying deposit order relates, all complaints of victimization are struck out.
