The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered, by 19 June 2024, to pay a deposit of £500 as a condition of being permitted to continue to advance his only claim, which was of race discrimination. The order was made following a preliminary hearing held on 29 May 2024. The Order was sent to the claimant on 5 June 2024.The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The claim is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The hearing fixed for 18 September 2024 will not take place.
