JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims for unfair dismissal and ‘bullying’ are dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear them. AND for the reasons given in the oral judgment at the hearing;[2]The Claimant’s claim for age discrimination was issued out of time, the Tribunal refused to extend time on a just and equitable basis and therefore the claim is dismissed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for breach of contract was issued out of time, the Tribunal found that it was reasonably practicable to issue it within time and therefore the claim is dismissed. _
