JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from Claimant’s wages in relation to February 2023 and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £6,071.33 being the total gross sum deducted. This is a net sum so no deductions for tax and National Insurance should be made from this sum.[2]The Respondent made an unlawful deduction from Claimant’s wages in relation to pension contributions deducted during his employment and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £440.28 being the total gross sum deducted. This is a net sum so no deductions for tax and National Insurance should be made from this sum.[3]The Claimant’s wrongful dismissal claim is well founded as he was dismissed without notice. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £12,142 being the equivalent of 2 months’ notice as damages for that breach. This is a net sum so no deductions for tax and National Insurance should be made from this sum.[4]The Claimant’s breach of contract claim in relation to a failure to reimburse business expenses is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,714.18. No deductions for tax and National Insurance should be made from this sum. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Classification - Internal February 2018 Case No: 2201819/2023[5]The Claimant’s holiday pay claim is well founded. The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1,100 being the payment in lieu of 4 days holiday which was accrued but untaken on termination.
