JUDGMENT
Upon being satisfied that the respondent was notified of the hearing and that the respondent was still actively trading, it is adjudged that the respondent has:(1) made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in breach of Employment Rights Act 1996 section 13;(2) failed to issue the claimant with pay slips for the period covering her employment, in breach of Employment Rights Act 1996 section 8 and section 12;(3) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the net sum of £882.26 in respect of the wages unlawfully deducted, and the net sum of £1,445.35 in respect of unpaid taxes and national insurance contributions (the latter sum to be paid to HMRC by the claimant), and to account to HMRC for the tax and national insurance due on the gross sums.
