JUDGMENT
The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the respondent:[1]Has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages in breach of the Employment Rights Act 1996 section 13 as follows: (1.1) Unpaid wages; (1.2) Unpaid holiday pay.[2]Failed to pay the claimant notice pay, in breach of contract;[3]Is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £5,000 in respect of unpaid wages, the gross sum of £375 in respect of outstanding leave entitlement on termination and the gross sum of £625 in respect of unpaid notice pay.
