JUDGMENT
On hearing Mr E Balli, solicitor, on behalf of the Respondents; And there being no appearance or representation by or on behalf of the Claimant; And by consent; It is adjudged that:(1) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof the sum of £11,500. .(2) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof damages of £3,895.38.
