BY CONSENT By consent:(1) The claimant was dismissed by reason of redundancy on 27 January 2023.(2) The respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages on 10 January and 10 February 2023 in the total gross amount of £3922.(3) The respondent shall pay the claimant within the next 28 days:a. 8 weeks’ redundancy pay in the gross amount of £8461.54;b. 8 weeks’ notice pay in the gross amount of £8461.641 having accounted to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due;c. The sum deducted in the gross amount of £3922, the respondent having accounted to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due.(4) The claim for holiday pay is dismissed on the claimant’s withdrawal.[1]Although a net figure of £6457.60 was discussed and agreed, the gross amount has been used because this award is fully taxable and subject to NI deductions.
