JUDGMENT
On reading the documents on the Tribunal file; And the Respondents having failed to present a response to the claim; The Tribunal adjudges that:(1) The Claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £1,050.(2) The Claimant’s complaint of wrongful dismissal is well-founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him damages of £25,000.1(3) The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well- founded and the Respondents are ordered to pay to him in respect thereof the sum of £7,632.50.
