JUDGMENT
Following the hearing of oral evidence from the claimant, the decision of the tribunal is that:(1) The claimant’s complaint that there was an unauthorised deduction from his wages is well founded. That means that the respondent unlawfully deducted the gross sum of £2,000.(2) The respondent failed to pay the claimant his contractual gross notice pay of £1,750.(3) The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total gross sum of £3,750: namely £250 unpaid wages, £1,750 accrued but untaken holiday pay and £1,750 contractual notice pay.
