Following the hearing of oral evidence and legal submissions from both Counsel for, the judgment of the tribunal is that:(1) The claims of direct discrimination pursuant to s.13 of the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and fail.(2) The claims of harassment pursuant to s.26 of the Equality Act 2010 are not well founded and fail.(3) The claim of victimisation pursuant to s.27 of the Equality Act 2010 is well founded and succeeds.(4) The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £5927.95.
