[1]The claimant’s application to amend her claim to include a complaint of harassment related to religion or belief and a further allegation of age discrimination is refused;[2]The complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract were not presented within the applicable time limit. It was reasonably practicable to do so. These complaints are therefore dismissed;[3]The complaints of age and race discrimination were not presented within the applicable time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend the time limit. These complaints are therefore dismissed;[4]Therefore, the entire claim is dismissed for want of jurisdiction.
