[1]The respondent is granted an extension of time to submit its defence to 1 May 2024.[2]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well founded and the respondent shall pay the claimant £2500.00 as damages for breach of contract. This figure has been calculated using gross pay to reflect the likelihood the claimant will have to pay tax on it as Post Employment Notice Pay. Case Number: 2201588/2024[3]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to commission is well founded and the respondent shall pay the claimant £500.00 as damages for breach of contract. The claimant is responsible for the payment of any tax or national insurance.[4]The complaint of breach of contract in relation to expenses is well founded and the respondent shall pay the claimant £2,207.01 as damages for breach of contract.[5]The total payable by the respondent is £5,207.01.
