JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunal Rules 2013 The judgment of the Tribunal is that:[1]in light of the information provided on the website of K4S Security, the claim is amended to add K4S Support Services Ltd as the Second Respondent and further service on the Second Respondent is dispensed with. Judgment is given jointly and severally against the First Respondent and the Second Respondent;[2]the Tribunal has jurisdiction to hear the Claimant’s claim in respect of unauthorised deductions from wages in accordance with the provisions of section 111(2)(b) of the Employment Rights Act 1996;[3]the Claimant’s claim for unauthorised deductions from wages succeeds and the First Respondent and Second Respondent are ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £3,240 in respect of unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages between 24 August 2021 and 10 October 2021.
