JUDGMENT

Mrs J Cameron On hearing the Claimant in person and Mr A Joicey, Employee Relations Manager, on behalf of the Respondents, the Tribunal unanimously adjudges that:(1) The Claimant’s application (made on 3 October 2019) for the proceedings to be adjourned to a fresh date is refused.

(2) The Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996, ss 94 and 98 is not well-founded.

(3) The Claimant’s complaints of direct racial discrimination and victimisation under the Equality Act 2010, ss 13, 27, 39(2)(c) and 39(4)(c) are not well- founded.

(4) Accordingly, the proceedings are dismissed.
