JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claims for redundancy pay and notice pay in claim number 2201564/2020 are dismissed upon withdrawal. The claimant has confirmed he does not pursue any separate claims in respect of arrears of pay.[2]The claimant was disabled for the purpose of section 6 of the Equality Act 2010 from 13 January 2020 onwards. Having confirmed that there are no acts of discrimination relied upon between this date and the commencement of the claim, claim number 2201564/2020 is dismissed.[3]Claim number 2202727/2022 is struck out as the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it. _
