JUDGMENT

[1]

(1) The first claimant’s claims for: (i) age discrimination and disability discrimination contrary to the Equality Act 2010; and (ii) breach of contract claim relating only to the provision of hot drinks are withdrawn by the first claimant and dismissed.

(2) The second claimant’s claim for less favourable treatment contrary to the Part-time Workers (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) Regulations 2000 relating to use of lifts only is withdrawn by the second claimant and dismissed.

(3) The remainder of the claimants’ claims proceed as set out within the case management summary. JUDGMENT
