The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 27 June 2024 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the claim should not be struck out because she was not employed for two years or more. Also, the claimant was given an opportunity to confirm whether or not a claim was made for race discrimination.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations why the claim should not be struck out. The claimant has not requested a hearing.[3]Accordingly, and in the circumstances, there is no claim for race discrimination and the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to determine a complaint of unfair dismissal. The claim is therefore struck out.
