JUDGMENT

[1]The second respondent made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £7,606.06 (November, 2021, December 2021 and January 2022).[2]The second respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £105.77 (pay in lieu of holiday).[3]The second respondent was in breach of contract by dismissing the claimant without notice. The second respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the gross sum of £1,057.69 as compensation.[4]Each of the above awards is expressed as a gross figure. Provided that the second respondent accounts to HMRC for any tax and national insurance due, payment to the claimant of the net sum will in each case amount to a valid discharge of this judgment.[5]The claim for a redundancy payment is dismissed on withdrawal by the claimant, as the claimant was not employed for two years.
