The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]The Claimant did not attend this morning and there was no communication from him to explain why he was not here. The Claimant has failed to comply with two Tribunal orders to provide a statement and schedules of loss. Neither the Respondent nor the Tribunal knows what wages he claims were not paid to him or how much holiday pay is owing. The Tribunal did not have any material before it which would help it to determine the Claimant’s claim in his absence. I dismissed the claim under rule 47 of the Employment Tribunal Rules of Procedure 2
