Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and IS ORDERED to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £725. This amount comprises:a. £360 outstanding wages due in respect of 56 hours worked in November 2022 at the rate of £10 per hour (£560) LESS the 2 x £100 payments made by the Respondent in February 2023;b. £220 consequential financial loss incurred by the claimant having to use her overdraft facility and representing interest charged on the same;c. An uplift of 25% in respect of the Respondent’s failure to comply with the ACAS Code. .
