[1]The claim for holiday pay is well founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the sum of £1,689.00, gross.[2]The claim for wages is well-founded and the Respondent shall pay to the Claimant the further sum of £1,313.67, gross.REASONS
[1]The Claimant gave brief evidence and confirmed all the salient details of his employment with the Respondent from 19 July 2019 to 3 February 2020. I took the figure for wages from the P45: £1,126 a week (6 day weeks, therefore £187.67 a day.) He established his entitlement to 7 days’ unpaid wages and 9 days’ holiday pay.
