JUDGMENT
[1]On hearing from the parties’ representatives and by consent, the Respondent is Ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £400, by direct transfer into his bank account or by other suitable means.[2]The Respondent has agreed to ensure that the Claimant’s tax records held at HMRC will be corrected to reflect the amounts actually paid to him (including the sum paid pursuant to this Judgment) and to gross up the net sum so as to account to HMRC for any deductions that are required to be made therefrom, and an Order is made in those terms.
