JUDGMENT
(1) The claims of discrimination and harassment brought under sections 13 and 26 the Equality Act 2010 respectively are dismissed on withdrawal by the Claimant.(2) The claim of victimisation brought under section 27 of the Equality Act 2010 succeeds in part and is dismissed in part: (i) The claim relating to the Respondent’s communication to the Claimant on 10 October 2019 that his employment was no longer viable and/or would be terminated succeeds. (ii) The remaining parts of the victimisation claims fail and are dismissed.
