JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint of unauthorised deductions from wages is well-founded. The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages by its failure to pay commission in the period October and November 2022.[2]The respondent shall pay the claimant £1,656, which is the gross sum deducted. Detriment for making protected disclosures[3]The complaint of being subjected to detriment and dismissal for making a protected disclosure is not well-founded and is dismissed. Additional comment Case Number: 2201333/2023[4]The respondent has failed to provide the claimant with her certificates of training and competencies, which the Tribunal found concerning. During the course of the hearing the respondent agreed that it would provide to the claimant all of her original certificates.
