The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 17 February 2025, the respondent wrote to the tribunal (copying in the claimant applying for an unless order on the basis that the claimant had not complied with various case management orders.[2]By a letter dated 3 March 2025 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant to ask him for his comments on the respondent’s application. The claimant failed to respond to the letter.[3]On 4 June 2025, the Tribunal wrote to the claimant to say it had not received a response to its earlier letter and to ask him if he still wished to pursue his claim. He was told that he should respond by 19 June 2025 and that if he didn’t his claim may be struck out because he had failed to actively pursue it. He did not respond to the letter.[4]The claim is therefore struck out.[5]The hearing that was due to take place on in July 2025 will be cancelled.
