JUDGMENT

The complaints of(i) indirect discrimination on grounds of on the grounds of the claimant’s race and/or religion and belief under section 19 EA;

(ii) unlawfully instructing, causing or inducing others to discriminate, harass and/or victimise the claimant under section 111 EA;

(iii) subjecting the claimant to detriment as a result of asserting a statutory right contrary to the Employment Rights Act 1996 are dismissed following a withdrawal by the claimant. The claimant’s remaining claims will proceed to hearing on 1 September 2020.
