[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is struck out for lack of jurisdiction. It was presented out of time and not presented within a further reasonable period.[2]The claimant’s application to amend the claim to include a claim for unauthorised deduction from her wages in relation to sick pay is refused. The claim would have been out of time even if presented in the original claim form.[3]The claimants claims of age discrimination and disability discrimination are struck out for lack of jurisdiction. The claims were presented out of time and it is not just and equitable in all of the circumstances to extend time.
