JUDGMENT

[1]The respondent has failed to file an ET3 and Grounds of Resistance in this case.[2]Having considered the ET1, EJ Spencer has decided that a determination of the claim can properly be made without a hearing and the Judgment of the Tribunal, made under rule 21 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013, is as set out below.[3]The claimant was employed by the respondent between 19 August and 30 September 2021. During this period, the respondent failed to pay wages to the claimant in the sum of £1296.00.[4]The tribunal orders the respondent to pay a total of £1,296.00. This is the net amount due to the Claimant and the Respondent remains liable for any tax and national insurance on that sum.[5]The hearing on 13th May 2022 is vacated.
